Pakistan LNG Terminal Co. has imposed a $20 million penalty on Pakistan GasPort Consortium (PGPC) because of a delay to the startup of Pakistan’s second LNG terminal at Port Qasim, according to Pakistan Today.

The terminal was expected to be operational by 28 November 2017, but a technical fault meant it came online in early January 2018. PGPC faces a total of $50 million in penalties.
