China’s four Shaanxi-Beijing gas pipelines have supplied a combined 296 billion cubic metres since the first pipeline started operations in 1991, with 132.5 bcm going to Beijing, according to China National Petroleum Corp.

The four trunk lines have a total length of 5,307 km and are served by nine underground storage depots that can supply a maximum of 32 million cubic metres per day.
