Russia’s Rosneft is looking to Vietnam as part of its international expansion plans, according to RigZone.

Rosneft is part of a consortium with PetroVietnam and India’s Oil & Natural Gas Corp. that last year produced almost 3 billion cubic metres of gas in Vietnam and around 65,000 tons of condensate.

The consortium provides almost one-tenth of the country’s power.
