US to be top LNG supplier by 2035 – Cheniere exec

The United States will be the biggest LNG supplier in the world by 2035, Cheniere's vice president for strategy and communication has said.

The United States will be the biggest LNG supplier in the world by 2035 – above Qatar and Australia – Andrew Walker, vice president for strategy and communication at Cheniere, told delegates at the Global LNG Summit & Pricing Forum in Amsterdam on Monday.

At that point, Cheniere expects the US to be able to export around 110 mtpa of LNG.
