The UK will need to recruit more than 40,000 people into the oil and gas industry over the next 20 years, according to the UKCS Workforce Dynamics Review 2018-2035.
The report, released on Thursday, was carried out by energy industry training body Opito and Robert Gordon University’s Oil & Gas Institute.
