Russia’s Sakhalin 2 liquefaction plant produced 11.49 mt of LNG in 2017, up by 5.1% year on year and nearly 20% more than its nameplate capacity of 9.6 mtpa, operator Sakhalin Energy said in its latest sustainable development report.
