Japan’s JGC and United States-based Fluor have won an EPC contract worth an estimated $14 billion to build the LNG Canada project in British Columbia, the Nikkei Asian Review reported on Saturday.

The two-train 6.5 mtpa development should start producing LNG for Asian markets by roughly 2023, the report said.
