Strong heating-related demand saw Gazprom export 7.9 billion cubic metres of gas to non-FSU countries over the first 15 days of April, 7% more than in the same period last year, the Russian company’s information department has reported.

Gazprom’s gas production has risen by 22.4% year on year so far in April, to 21.9 bcm, and production over the year to date is up by 10.9 bcm, to 155.8 bcm.
