A sales agreement for gas produced from Venezuela’s Dragón field is in its “closing stages” Trinidad and Tobago’s prime minister, Keith Rowley, said on Friday.

Trinidad has signed a deal to buy gas from Dragón, which will be processed by Shell’s Hibiscus platform, offshore Trinidad.
