Indian Oil Corp. (IOC) has signed a tolling agreement for 3 mtpa of regasification capacity at the 5 mtpa LNG terminal being constructed in Dhamra on the eastern coast of India, the company has said.

The terminal will meet the captive gas requirements of IOC’s three refineries in Barauni, Haldia and Paradip, and supply city gas distribution networks being set up in seven towns in eastern India.
