Iraq’s latest oil and gas licensing round has attracted expressions of interest from 14 companies, according to the country’s oil ministry.
Iraq is offering 11 exploration blocks located near the Kuwaiti and Iranian borders and in the Gulf.
The ministry has postponed the deadline for bids to 25 April, from 15 April, having previously brought the deadline forward from June.
