The average ex-plant price of LNG in China continued to decline in March, falling by 21.3% from February to RMB 3,499 per ton ($10.75/MMBtu) – the lowest level since August 2017. Forty-five plants cut their asking prices by an average of 21.4% from February in Heilongjiang, Jilin, Ningxia, Shaanxi, Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan, Chongqing, Jiangsu, Shandong, Henan, Shanxi, Hebei and Inner Mongolia.
