China National Offshore Oil Corp.’s (CNOOC) LNG terminal in Fujian province will be able to receive Q-Max carriers once a $138-million project to expand the capacity of the main navigation channel for Meizhou Bay Port is completed in 2019, the World Bank said on Tuesday.
