EDF and Total will put their 75% joint stake in France’s Dunkirk LNG terminal up for sale this month, with the 9.3 mtpa facility valued at more than €2 billion ($2.47 billion), according to French financial daily Les Echos.

Belgian transmission system operator Fluxys has right of first refusal and could increase its current 25% stake to 55% to become majority shareholder, said the report. EDF owns a 65% stake while Total holds 10%.
