UK major BP and United States-based Kosmos Energy have awarded the contracts for FEED work for the first phase of the Tortue complex in Senegal to Baker Hughes General Electric and McDermott International.
The McDermott contract has been estimated at $500-750 million and will involve drilling four wells, according to various reports. An FID is expected this year.
