Anglo-Dutch major Shell is looking to sell its operating stakes in the Draugen oilfield and other oil and gas assets in the Norwegian Sea, including Gjoa (in which it has a 12% share) and Kvitebjorn (in which it holds 6.45%) as well as Valeman and Sindre (in which it has 3.2% each).

“Shell will only contemplate divesting [these assets] alongside Draugen if Shell feels there is sufficiently strong buyer interest,” a document seen by Reuters states.
