The average ex-plant price of LNG in China slumped by 37.7% in February from the previous month, to RMB 4,445/t ($13.5/MMBtu), the lowest level since October 2017. Twenty-nine plants in Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Hebei, Shanxi, Henan, Shandong, Jiangsu, Chongqing, Sichuan, Shaanxi, Ningxia, Xinjiang and Jilin cut their quoted prices by an average of 38.2% month on month.
