Russia may supply LNG to Pakistan – Lavrov

Russia is considering supplying LNG to Pakistan, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Tuesday.

Russia is considering supplying LNG to Pakistan, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Tuesday, according to the TASS news agency.

“The flagship project is the construction of the North-South gas pipeline from Karachi to Lahore. Other options are also examined, including deliveries of LNG to Pakistan by Gazprom,” Lavrov said following talks with his Pakistani counterpart, Khawaja Muhammad Asif.
