UK-based Tullow Oil has signed a gas sales agreement with the government of Ghana and expects flows to start from its offshore Tweneboa-Enyenra-Ntomme fields to the mainland in the first half of the year, the company said in a statement.
The company’s 2018 forecast is for gross gas sales of 4,200 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boe/d) and net sales of 2,000 boe/d.
Tullow also announced that it has returned to profitability and will start exploring again this year.
