Ex-works prices of LNG, 30 December-5 January

The price of LNG from Chinese liquefaction plants averaged RMB 6,071/t ($18.05/MMBtu) between 30 December and 5 January, down by RMB 842/t, or 12.2%, from the previous week. Fourteen plants in Inner Mongolia, Hebei, Shanxi, Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Ningxia, Xinjiang, Jilin and Heilongjiang cut their asking prices by an average of 19.8% from the previous week.
