A recording of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s son suggesting his father helped push through a $20 billion deal for a gas tycoon has been aired in Israel.

In the recording Yair Netanyahu can apparently be heard telling Ori Maimon, son of Kobi Maimon, "Bro, you got to spot me. My dad made an awesome deal for your dad, bro, he fought, fought in the Knesset for this, bro", as they left a strip club in 2015.

"Bro, my dad now arranged for you a $20 billion...
