Trinidad gas output growth boosts LNG production

Gas production in Trinidad and Tobago was up by more than 17% month on month in November, lifting production at the country’s Atlantic LNG liquefaction plant.

Gas production averaged 103 million cubic metres per day (MMcm/d) during the month, up from 88 MMcm/d in October, according to Energy Ministry statistics.

The country produced 2.36 billion cubic metres of LNG during the month, up from 1.73 bcm in October.
