Tianjin’s LNG send-out rate increased by 9.7% in December, to 329 tankers per day, the most of any Chinese LNG terminal during the month. Putian and Yuedong saw double-digit growth in December after China National Offshore Oil Corp. hired 100 trucks to ferry LNG from its main terminals in the south of the country to the gas-starved northern markets.
