China’s average ex-works LNG price fell month on month in December for the first time since July, declining by 15.1%, to RMB 6,373/t ($18.9/MMBtu).
China’s NOCs boosted pipeline gas supplies in the second half of December, with the improved availability leading 21 plants in Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, Ningxia, Shaanxi, Jiangsu, Shandong, Henan, Shanxi and Hebei to cut prices by an average of 29.7%.
