Pakistani power generation up 2.3% in November

Pakistan increased the amount of power it generated by 2.3% year on year in November.

Pakistan increased the amount of power it generated by 2.3% year on year in November, according to The Express Tribune.

Power plants running on gas and coal saw the biggest gains during the month, while generation from furnace oil fell by 51% year on year.

Gas-fired generation increased by 5.6% month on month and coal generation was up by 40%.
