The Lebanese Petroleum Administration (LPA) has concluded its technical negotiations with a consortium comprising Total, Eni and Novatek over its bids for blocks 4 and 9 in Lebanon’s offshore acreage.
“Now we are doing the next steps. The minister of energy needs to prepare a report regarding the whole evaluation process and submit that to the Council of Ministers,” Walid Nasr, LPA’s chairman, told Interfax Natural Gas Daily.
