Houston-based Cheniere will not reveal details of future customer supply contracts. “The days where we actually file a contract and not have redacted information in it are probably behind us,” Chief Executive Jack Fusco said on a recent earnings call, according to Argus.
“This is a very competitive market and we view that [information] as commercially sensitive.” Cheniere declined to comment further on the change. The company published contract details of its 20-year supply agreements before starting exports from the Sabine Pass LNG plant...
