One of China’s biggest independent gas distributors is confident Chinese demand for the fuel will maintain double-digit growth up to 2020, by which time it will meet 10% of the country’s energy needs.
“I believe at least for the next three years, the demand will grow [by] at least 10% […] every year,” said Ma Shenyuan, senior vice president of Hong Kong-listed ENN Energy Holdings, at Bloomberg New Energy Finance’s Future of Energy Summit in Shanghai.
