Shell to open 500 new EV charging points in Europe

Shell has signed an agreement with charging network operator Ionity to build about 500 charge points for electric vehicles in 10 European countries.

Anglo-Dutch major Shell has signed an agreement with charging network operator Ionity for the construction of about 500 high-powered charge points for electric vehicles in 10 European countries, including Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia and the UK, Shell said in a note on Monday.
