Argentina has asked its neighbour Bolivia for more gas, Reuters reported on Wednesday.

Bolivia’s gas demand has increased by up to 30 million cubic metres per day, Bolivian Oil Minister Luis Alberto Sanchez Fernandez has said, with the bulk of the extra demand coming from Argentina.

Bolivian state-run company YPFB appeared to under-export gas to Argentina in August and September, according to Argentine state agency Enarsa, which oversees the country’s gas imports.
