Kinder Morgan receives FERC approval for pipeline expansion

Kinder Morgan has received approval for a $150 million pipeline expansion project that will deliver gas to the Sabine Pass LNG plant.

United States energy infrastructure company Kinder Morgan has received approval from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for a $150 million pipeline expansion project that will deliver gas to the fifth train of Cheniere Energy’s Sabine Pass LNG plant in Louisiana.

Kinder Morgan will also build the Lake Charles Expansion Project, which will deliver gas to LNG Limited’s Magnolia plant, also in Louisiana.
