Pakistan’s appetite for FSRUs would be enough to keep a supplier in business on its own. The country inaugurated its second vessel on Monday and is turning its attention to its third LNG import project. 

Unlike the previous projects, the government will not guarantee the offtake of gas from the third FSRU. Instead, private sector operators will be responsible for marketing the imported volumes.
