Stockholm court extends timeline for Gazprom-Naftogaz ruling

The Stockholm Arbitration Institute has pushed back the dates on which it plans to make its final awards in the legal cases between Naftogaz Ukrainy and Gazprom.

The Stockholm Arbitration Institute has pushed back the dates on which it plans to make its final awards in the legal cases between Naftogaz Ukrainy and Gazprom, Naftogaz announced on Wednesday.

There are currently two contracts between Naftogaz and Gazprom under dispute: one for gas supply and the other for gas transit.

A decision on the supply contract will be delayed until the end of December 2017, while the gas transit contract will be delayed until the end of February 2018.
