French utility EDF has finalised the €1.4 billion ($1.6 billion) sale of the assets of subsidiary EDF Polska to PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna, EDF said in a note on Tuesday.
The package includes cogeneration and power assets. The deal is part of EDF’s CAP 2030 strategy, which includes a plan to dispose of assets worth at least €10 billion between 2015 and 2020.
