Woodside’s two-year LNG marketing deal with RWE is the first of its kind for the Australian exporter and marks a step-change in the German company’s efforts to break into the Asian market. 

The arrangement, which was revealed as part of the company’s Q3 results, will see Woodside sell up to 12 LNG cargoes to RWE Supply & Trading (RWEST) between April 2018 and March 2020.
