Engie to help Ukraine develop its gas infrastructure

Isabelle Kocher, chief executive of French utility Engie, has said her company is committed to help Ukraine increase its gas production.

French Utility Engie is committed to help Ukraine improve its gas infrastructure, Ukraine’s government said in a statement on Thursday.

The announcement followed the meeting between Isabelle Kocher, Engie’s chief executive, and Ukraine’s prime minister Volodymyr Groysman on Thursday.

"We are ready to provide staunchest support to your country on the path of reform,” Kocher said according to Ukraine’s government.
