Brazil’s state development bank BNDES has picked a consortium led by São Paulo-based Banco Fator to advise it on the planned privatisation of domestic gas distributor MSGÁS, local media reported on Thursday.

MSGÁS is the gas distributor in Mato Grosso do Sul, one of Brazil’s midwestern states.
