The decision of Brazilian regulators to revoke a licence for a huge LNG-to-power project in the southern state of Rio Grande do Sul last week is not final, two sources have told Interfax Natural Gas Daily. The developer may still succeed in an eleventh-hour plan to turn it over to a New York-based private equity giant.
