Maharashtra LNG terminal to start up next year – H-Energy

H-Energy has announced that it will start operations at its LNG terminal in the state of Maharashtra by May 2018.

H-Energy, a subsidiary of India’s Hiranandani Corp., has announced that it will start operations at its LNG terminal in the state of Maharashtra by May 2018, The Economic Times reported its chief executive as saying.

H-Energy has invested $261 million to build a 4 mtpa terminal at the port of Jaigarh. The company intends to initially import spot cargoes. H-Energy wants to build a 600-km pipeline to connect the terminal to the southern city of Mangalore.
