Qatar will maintain its position as the world’s largest LNG producer, Qatar Petroleum President and Chief Executive Saad Sherida al-Kaabi said during an event at Qatar University on Wednesday.

“There is an expansion of our investments inside and outside Qatar,” he said.

He added Qatar would not cut the supply of gas to the United Arab Emirates via the Dolphin pipeline despite the diplomatic spat between the two countries.
