Conoco’s Darwin LNG ships 600th cargo

The Darwin LNG project in Australia’s Northern Territory shipped its 600th cargo this weekend.

The Darwin LNG project in Australia’s Northern Territory shipped its 600th cargo this weekend, according to a press release from plant operator ConocoPhilips.

Darwin started up in 2005 with a single 3.7 mtpa train. It receives gas from the Bayu-Undan field via a 502-km pipeline. Partners in the project include Santos, Inpex, Eni, Tepco and Tokyo Gas.
