Bangladesh’s state oil company, PetroBangla, is in discussions with Indonesia’s Pertamina to import more than 1 mtpa of LNG from 2018, according to NASDAQ.
Bangladesh is also finalising a contract with Qatar’s RasGas, which will be its first LNG import contract. It has been looking to award a contract to a company to acquire spot LNG cargoes.
