By Staff reporter 12 September 2017

The sabotage of a gas pipeline in Libya has hit production from the Wafa field, according to a statement from Libya’s NOC issued on Monday.

The pipeline was closed for about 30 hours between Thursday and Saturday and resulted in the loss of around 8.8 million cubic metres of potential gas production, as well as condensate, that would have been worth a total of $2.17 million, according to NOC.
