KrisEnergy to use PV Drilling rig in Gulf of Thailand

KrisEnergy has signed a contract to use PetroVietnam Drilling and Well Service Corp.’s PV Drilling I jack-up rig for its exploration work in Block G10/48 in the Gulf of Thailand.

KrisEnergy has signed a contract to use PetroVietnam Drilling and Well Service Corp.’s PV Drilling I jack-up rig for its exploration work in Block G10/48 in the Gulf of Thailand, the company has announced.

KrisEnergy plans to drill six wells and may drill two more, in a programme that will cost approximately $6 million. The rig successfully completed a contract for Total E&P in Myanmar in April 2017.
