South Australian government to invest $1 mln in Cooper Basin

The government of South Australia will contribute nearly $1 million to help bring a Cooper Basin gas project online as the region is facing gas shortages, according to The Australian.

Strike Energy, the company behind the project, will move its headquarters from Sydney to Adelaide and aims to commercialise a deep CBM play, which the government says is an industry first.
