The Nobilis-Maximino deepwater project, which Mexico’s state giant Pemex is seeking to develop with a partner, will require around $10.7 billion in investment, the country’s top regulator Juan Carlos Zepeda told Reuters on Wednesday.

First production from Nobilis-Maximino is forecast for 2024, with output up to 7.5 million cubic metres of gas per day expected from the project by 2026.
