YPF to be run by six-member committee in wake of CEO resignation

Ricardo Darre, the chief executive of Argentine state-run YPF, has resigned, and a six-member executive committee will now run the company.

Ricardo Darre, the chief executive of Argentine state-run YPF, has resigned, and a six-member executive committee will now run the company.

Darre, who previously worked for French supermajor Total in the United States, had been in the position for just over one year.
