Anglo-Dutch Shell has reaffirmed its interest in its Venezuelan onshore and offshore gas projects, according to local press.
Mounir Bouaziz, Shell’s vice president for South American and African gas, was quoted as saying the supermajor “has many reasons to participate in projects with Venezuela”, mainly because of the country’s “location, which allows distribution to the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia”.
