Houston-based Tellurian’s plans for the 26 mtpa Driftwood LNG export project in Louisiana are continuing to move forward as the project waits for the United States Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to approve construction.

“Bechtel completed the FEED study and submitted a lump sum turnkey EPC proposal for the Driftwood LNG terminal; and Tellurian launched commercial and marketing efforts at the Gastech 2017 conference in Tokyo,” the company said in its Q2 financial results.
