Crimea will have 170 MW of new power generation capacity by the end of this year, Russia’s Energy Ministry said in a press release.
The ministry said 20 MW of new capacity will be come online by 1 September and about another 60 MW will be launched by the end of this year. The press release did not specify how this will be achieved.
